practice the work

We try to make the Imrovisation dance be alive here in Oslo.
For one week now we practiced in the mornings. "Kom igang uke" the good old people of the improvisation community of Oslo..7 of us. We lost our studio some years ago and didn´t find a new one yet
Thinking about pause a lot and how to keep the energy up, and how to change between different states and to stay strong.

Be still in the midst of activity and vibrantly alive in repose. - Indira Gandhi.

I am very excited that friends here in Vancouver, BC are putting up a structure so we can practice improvisation. I am very excited to join. I am interested in learning from all the knowledge within the room and fostering leadership skills within the group. I apprehend situations where groups don't develop because too much value is put in the idea of consensus. I very much like that this group is focussed towards the idea of art making, performance, etc.
